You are requesting membership in Montgomery County 4-H Shooting Sports Club and access to Montgomery County 4-H Shooting Sports Club's member website by completing this form.  Once approved, your family will be able to view the practice and event schedule and sign up for practices.  This is also our primary method of communication with club member families.  Because of this, it is important that you use an email address you check regularly.  We also recommend adding a secondary email so both parents can stay informed about club happenings.  Information entered on this page will be used in the member's directory that is only accessible to fully enrolled members in this club.

Once your request is approved, you will begin receiving a minimum of one e-mail per week from the club website with a calendar digest of upcoming practices and events for the next month.  We do not send out a large amount of e-mails, but if members are to be active and informed about the club they've chosen to enroll in, we believe they should be receiving regular communication from that club.  As a member, you are responsible for checking your e-mail daily for additional communications from the club regarding changes to practices or other communication regarding club business from the leadership team.  E-mails from the club wesite may come from the following addresses:  [email protected] or [email protected].  Please check your Spam folder if you do not begin receiving e-mails from the club within two weeks of your account being approved.  Weekly email updates are delivered on Sundays.  You should select "Club Information" at a minimum in your choices for forum notifications so you receive necessary communications.  Should your e-mail address or other contact information change during the year, you should update that information in your family profile.

If you decide you no longer want to be a member of this club and do not want to receive club e-mails, please contact the Club Manager about having your account Parked or fully deleted (this is the only option that eliminates all communication from the club unless you decide to re-join).

Please note:  Primary Last Name and First Name is for the Parent or Guardian's Information.  DO NOT ENTER YOUR CHILD'S INFORMATION HERE.  Children are entered lower on the form where is says Children.  Click "Add Child" to enter your child's information.  Failure to enter your child's information correctly will prevent you from being able to sign them up for practices on the calendar.

If you are unsure about joining this club, please attend a club meeting before completing this process.  Club dues and fees are non-refundable if your child decides not to participate.  Information on club meetings can be found on the home page of the website on the calendar.  Once you are ready to join, please fill out the information below to request access.  Access to the website is granted once your family has completed ALL steps of the registration process.  This includes:

  • Enroll in 4-H Online for current year (August 15, 2023 through August 14, 2024)
  • Complete the Request Website Acces Form AND Family Registration Form.  Failure to click the link to complete the Family Registration Form at the end of the website access page will result in your request being deleted.  Your progress will not be saved if you choose not to complete the Family Registration Form when prompted.  You will have to start over.
  • Pay club dues, volunteer fee, and fundraising fee
  • Attend Safety training class

Once all steps are completed, approvals are done approximately twice a week.  If you believe you've completed all the required steps and your website access has not been approved within a week, please contact the website administrator by e-mail.  Contact information can be found on the bottom of the home page.
