Iowa River Landing
Excel provided Precast Engineering and Drafting Services for this 5-story mixed use structure. The building includes 37 condominiums and 16,000 SF of commercial space. The structure is compromised of a 2-story precast podium with 3 levels of wood framing above. Additionally, the building utilizes three full-height, precast elevator and stair shafts for lateral stability.
Excel’s team worked with the building Architect and Engineer of Record to allow for design changes and to accommodate unique tenant requirements after fabrication and construction of the precast structure.
