The Clerk/Treasurer's office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM. This office is responsible for records retention, accounts payable/receiveable, elections, tax collection, utitlity billing, liquor licensing, dog licensing, and serves as the Town's general information center.
Lori Opitz, WCMC is the Clerk/Treasurer. Lori graduated from Moraine Park Technical College with an Associate degree in Accounting and she is also a graduate from UW Green Bay Clerks Institute. She received her certification as a Wisconsin Certified Municipal Clerk on March 1st, 2014. She also has over 9 years of experience working in a municipal clerk's office and will be available to assist residents with any questions they may have.
Lynn Grosch, is the Deputy Clerk/Treasurer. Lynn has worked for the Town of Oconomowoc for over 6 years in the office of the Police Department where she will continue to work, however, Lynn will split her time between the Police Department and the Clerks office. We are pleased to have her in the Clerk's office and Lynn is available to assist you with any questions you may have.
Kathy Klawes is the Deputy Treasurer and works extensively with the Accounts Payable and Receivables, and also assists the Clerks office with tax collection process. Kathy is available to assist residents with any questions they may have.
