My name is Susan Alsum, a professional organizing consultant and owner of Effective Organizing Solutions. I offer many organizing services to clients to help them run their home and office more effectively.

How An Organizing Session Works
We set a date and time for me to come and visit your home or office. At the beginning of the first session we do a “walk through”, you show me your problem areas and tell me what is and isn’t working. I ask that you do not clean up for me. I need to see how you live/work. Each client is different and organizing is not a “one size fits all”. We will then determine approximately how much time we think it will take to complete the job and schedule further appointments if you decide to continue with my services.
How long a project takes and how much it costs depend on many factors, including your ability to make decisions and how much you wish to do on your own. We may work together or I may work independently. It all depends on the job that needs to be done.
