The Highway Department is responsible for maintaining the Town streets and properties. One such property is the recycling center, where property owners can dispose of their yard waste, including small branches up to 4 feet in length and 6" in diameter. The recycling center offers free composte and wood chips. The Highway Department will also deliver wood chips for a $55 per load fee, up to 7 yards of chips. Payment is required prior to delivery, deliveries are made periodically througout the spring and summer. To order the chips, please contact the Town Hall.

ALL TOWN OF OCONOMOWOC ROADS WILL BE POSTED FOR TEMPORARY SEASONAL WEIGHT LIMITS OF 10 TONS ON MONDAY, MARCH 18TH AND WILL BE ENFORCED STARTING ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 20TH. ROADS WILL BE POSTED FOR AT LEAST 3 WEEKS. AS SOON AS A DATE IS KNOWN WHEN THE LIMITS WILL BE LIFTED IT WILL BE POSTED ON THIS SITE!
