The Mapleton Community Center is available to residents and non-residents who wish to use the facility for special occasions. The rental charge for is $150.00 as well as a security deposit of $250.00 for a total of $400.00. The security deposit of $250.00 will be refunded to you the Tuesday after your event as long as you leave the facility the way you found it; meaning it is clean and nothing is broken and you take the garbage with you. For a large group (150 people or more) you will be required to obtain approval from the Town Chairman.
The Community Center is equipped with indoor and outdoor facilities which are both yours to use when renting the park. There are bathroom facilities in both the pavillion and the school house. The school house has a gathering room upstairs and the newly renovated basement. The center also has ample open areas surrounding the buildings and there is access to the Ashippun River. The newly built pavillion has a covered picnic area and offers a buffet style serving area with electrical outlets and a utility room with a refrigerator and supplies for convenient clean-up. The playground equipment sits right next to the covered pavillion which enables you to monitor activities.

Click on the link below to download the rental application, just fill it out and submit it by mail or you can come into the clerk's office, please bring the signed application and the rental deposit to reserve your date; no dates will be reserved without the application and payment.
